Which, I guess some of the modders will add, with better stories and missions.

The most interesting 'background' things I've seen were some rudely posed teddybears, a few bits of info on the occasional terminal, just not feeling any depth.

Traveling about, I find a lot less quirky stuff, and scenery background stories and events, I just find bunches of people to kill mostly. I really want to like the story etc, but, just am not impressed by it, even remotely, I worked out what was likely to happen at the start of the first play through, short of which exact faction would be directly involved etc I usually play games vanilla, but so much is feeling like it was cut, or dropped, like the wmvr radio station, that doesn't actually air, they complain about interference, but nobody has found a way to stop that etc The settlements feel very poorly implemented.Ī lot seems to have massive potential, which wasn't followed through on, almost like they left things half done, because they knew modding would fix it anyway.

I can see modding becoming required to fix things. Yeah, unless there is some exceptional DLC and patching.
